Alnitak Capital Partners, LLC (“Alnitak”) offers strategic consulting and M & A merchant banking services. The firm was founded in 2013 by Stanley Stern, a senior and experienced banker and operating executive to assist a limited number of clients in developing strategic alternatives, and in executing those potential options.

Since then, the Alnitak principals have applied their financial, banking and operating experience to devise unique solutions that are not always obvious to traditional bankers. Many of these plans involve the acquisition or divestiture of companies, divisions or businesses, to which the principals apply their long banking experiences and contacts to maximize results.

Alnitak’s primary focus is in working with technology, technology services, Internet and consumer product companies. The firm has extensive experience in cross-border M&A, having completed transactions with companies from Israel, Korea, Canada, the U.K., and more.
